Broyles Feb. 13, 1948-Oct. 19, 2014 Age: 66 Residence: Fort Collins Gary L. Broyles, 66, of Fort Collins, died Oct. 19, 2014, at Pathways Hospice in Loveland.He was born Feb. 13, 1948, in Evans, to Charles and Edith Broyles. He graduated from Greeley West High School. He served in the Navy in Vietnam from 1967 to 1970. After returning home, he worked 30 years for the Colorado Department of Transportation. He married Diane K. Gorges on May 6, 1978, in Roggen, Colo.He was a member of Faith Evangelical Free Church. He loved fishing, camping, hunting, and the outdoors. He was an amazingly talented woodcarver. He treasured time with his family.He is survived by his wife, Diane K. Broyles of Fort Collins; one daughter, Pamela Mireles and husband Robert of Loveland; one son, David Broyles of Fort Collins; two brothers, Robert Broyles and wife Vickie of Ault, and Melvin Broyles and wife Marilyn of Red Feather Lakes; and two granddaughters, Bailey and Addison.Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, at Faith Evangelical Free Church with Pastor Saylor, celebrant. Burial will be in Loveland Burial Park.Many heartfelt thanks to the staff at Pathways Hospice for their loving care.Memorial contributions may be made to the Angelman Syndrome Foundation and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in care of Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home, 1102 N.
